Role of Etifoxine as an Adjunctive Treatment in Patients with Drug-Resistant Epilepsy with Comorbid Anxiety Symptoms

Epilepsy is a high prevalent neurological disorder that affects people of all ages and lives all around the world. Patients with epilepsy are three times more fatality rate than the general population.1 Furthermore, they are 2-3 times more likely than those without epilepsy to have mental disorders, including anxiety and sadness.
